I have been certified in the health and wellness industry for 9 years. After going to University of Texas Rio Grande Valley for psychology and graduating with a Masters in Kinesiology, I found my passion for improving mental health through physical movement.
I am dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals and build a healthy relationship with their body along the way.
Whether you prefer to workout at home, in a gym, with a trainer present or on your own, I specialize in creating personalized workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you live a healthier lifestyle.
